About Dr. Alfano

Chuck Alfano was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He attended Boylan High School, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois. The first nine years of the practice was at Camelot Tower. Subsequently, he practiced at 483 N. Mulford Road in Rockford, Illinois for 15 years. In 2010 the present location was opened at 6985 Redansa Drive in Rockford, Illinois.
